We accept mentorship applications all year around. You will be able to apply via our membership digital platform once you've signed up.
You can apply to be either just a mentor or a member, depending on your professional experience and interest. Many people choose to be both mentors and members to fully engage with our community and enjoy the benefits.
Yes, you can earn income as a mentor! We facilitate upfront packages of 5-10 sessions to help you build meaningful relationships with your mentees. This ensures consistent bookings and ongoing engagement.
To maintain the integrity of our community and protect all members, mentoring relationships must remain within our platform. Taking mentees off-platform is not permitted and may result in penalties.
Mentor Criteria (5+ Years Industry Experience)
✔ Minimum 5 years of industry experience in a relevant field.
✔ Proven track record of professional growth, expertise, and knowledge-sharing.
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentorship.
✔ Experience guiding early-stage professionals, entrepreneurs, or peers.

Coach Criteria (8-10+ Years Experience or Senior Leadership Roles)

✔ Strong ability to provide structured guidance, accountability, and transformation strategies.
